Lost for more than 1,500 years, the Gospel of Mary is the only existing early
Christian Gospel written by a woman. In this workshop we will discuss the recovery
of this remarkable gospel and the hidden truths about Mary Magdalene found in
writings, stories and art.

We meet a woman so powerful, that her teachings were
destroyed, and her story buried until now. It is a journey that takes us through the
crusades, troubadours, and Cathar communities. We learn about her relationship
with Jesus (Yeshua), the crucial part she played in Jesus’s ministry, and her
ministry following the crucifixion.

This is a story that goes beyond the woman to
her destiny influencing us today. She becomes fully present to us again at a time
when we are clearing the pain and grief of thousands of years of oppression,
suppression, voicelessness, sexual abuse and even being burned at the stake. As an
awakening humanity we are now ready to receive, understand, and embody Mary
Magdalene’s wisdom.
