Join me for a weekly tea ceremony with Harmonic Infusions Herbal Blends and sip your way into vibrant health. \n\nA unique approach of reconnecting to your soul self Harmonic Infusions style\, where together we will journey through each chakra with discussion and herbal tea beginning with root chakra and sipping our way up to the crown.  Where ever you are on journey\, it’s the perfect time to greet your heart with ancient teachings and invite the wisdom of the herbs into the fabric of your being. \nHOW IT WILL FLOW  \n\n\nWe gather via zoom every Monday @7pm EST \n\n\nEach week you will receive an email reminding you of the herbal tea to prepare for our ceremony and the chakra we will be discussing \n\n\nDuring our time together I will share about the energy of the chakra we are embracing and herbal knowledge about the tea blend that was tuned to support it such as its Intention\, Energetics\, Actions\, and When to reach for it. \n\n\nYou will receive a 14 page handout that includes a great introduction about each chakra and details of all the herbs within each of my herbal blends. \n\n\nSessions will be held Monday evenings 7pm EST beginning January 13\, 20\, 27\, February 3\, 10\, 17\, 24 \n$175 (plus $10 shipping for tea that is shipped) \nreach out for more info amy@amyspadafora.com
