DESCRIPTION:Discover the Healing Power of Sound Baths with Sol Balance\nIn today’s busy world\, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your inner calm. A sound bath is a restorative experience designed to help you release stress\, quiet the mind\, and realign your energy through the vibrations of crystal bowls\, chimes\, gongs\, and other soothing instruments. \nDuring a sound bath\, you are invited to simply rest while immersed in sound. The vibrations travel through your body\, creating a gentle massage for your nervous system and promoting deep relaxation. Many participants report feeling lighter\, more centered\, and renewed after a session. \nMonday\, November 6 | 7:00–8:15 PM | $46 per person\nEvening Sound Bath Journey \nJoin Beth for a sound bath meditation infused with angelic reiki. In this class\, we spend the first 25 minutes bathing in the energy of the Angelic Kingdom of light\, followed by a 25 minute sound bath to integrate the energies into your auric field. This is a delightful way to self indulge and find peace in calm in your week. \n  \nMeet Your Guide\nMy name is Beth Donovan\, owner of Sol Balance and a Sound Healer and Angelic Reiki Master here in the Lowcountry. It is my passion to share practices that restore harmony and support transformation on all levels—mind\, body\, and spirit.
