Tom will share his expert tips and tricks to ensure you leave with a jar of delicious\, tangy kraut to enjoy at home! \nClass size is limited to 12\, so jump in before it fills up! Your investment in your gut health will be $35 per “person” – if you are a couple\, you will only pay the $35\, but will also only have ONE jar of kraut to take home. DESCRIPTION:We can dance our way into personal evolution through attuning to the elements of life\, Earth\, Water\, Fire\, Air\, and Ether.  When we move our physical body\, an electrical charge is made and creates shifts in consciousness where we can meet any uncomfortability and joy that may be blocked with grace. \nDuring this 3-hour workshop I will share the personalities of each element based on the Chakra System in conversation and dance.  We will sip each of my Harmonic Infusions herbal tea blends\, while I share how the elements influence our physical and emotional body which increase awareness of imbalances and how they influence our state health.  As a beautiful selection of powerful music is played\, I will cue elemental movements to activate\, release and create space for the reconnection to self and nature. We will end with a Sound Bath for integration. \nThis workshop is for those seeking to begin or be reminded of how to reclaim your body wisdom\, rewrite your story\, and expand into your authenticity.
