DESCRIPTION:✨ Come Play\, Explore & Reconnect With Your Body ✨\nWhat would it be like if your body was the safest and most interesting place you could be?\nWhat might be possible for you to feel living in your own skin?\nWould you like to be able to sense your most authentic “yes” and “no” in real time?\n\n🌿 A Playful Exploration of Your Body’s Wisdom\nIn this playshop\, we will be playing easy\, fun\, and surprising games that will give you new lived experiences in your body. \nYou will become aware of how much your body knows and how to start accessing its wisdom moment-to-moment. \n👣 🙈 💫\nBe prepared for gentle edge-pushing games – think bare feet\, blind folds\, and accessing your true “yes” and your true “no” from the inside! \nYou will experience your lesser known senses and be in awe of how much is happening inside! \nYou will have opportunities and structured games for connecting with other participants in easy and supportive ways as well! \n\n🌸 Who is this for?\nAny human interested in exploring their body in a playful way! \n\n🌙 Event Details\nCost: $49 \n11 AM – 1 PM on October 10 \nLimited to 12 participants. \n\n🌑✨ We will also set intentions around our bodies in alignment with the new moon!\n\n💜 Your Facilitator\n \n  \nAllison Durazo\, Licensed Occupational Therapist\, Certified Nutrition Specialist\, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
