- Lomi Lomi Massage – 75 minutes: $135 / 110 minutes: $175
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage that uses a combination of massage techniques, oils, and occasional elements of prayer, breathing and dance to restore energy and soothe the body. It is also known as the ‘loving hands’ massage. This name helps to explain its principles – the massage works gently yet deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, allowing the recipient to relax and give in to the nurturing touch.
Lomi lomi works from the belief that memories are not just stored in the brain and mind, but also in every cell of the human body. The long, continuous strokes of the massage are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviours, which can cause as many stresses and strains as muscle tension.
According to Hawaiian tradition, all living beings are seeking a state of balance and love in the world. During a Lomi Lomi session, I focus on not only relaxing your body through touch, but also reviving your spirit and filling your body with the energy of love and balance.
- Therapeutic Massage – 60 minutes: $90 / 90 minutes: $125
Indulge in my therapeutic massage! Therapeutic massage uses a variety of specific massage techniques to produce a therapeutic effect. This type of massage can be used to reduce stress, decrease pain and increase feeling of calmness and well-being. It is a wonderful massage experience tailored to you and your needs.
- Hot Stone Therapy – 60 minutes: $90 / 90 minutes: $125
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
- Head, Neck, Hands and Feet – 30 minutes: $55 / 60 minutes: $80
Head, Hands, and Feet provides a relaxation massage focusing on those areas utilizing acupressure to stimulate circulation and tension relief, ending the foot massage with warm towels
- Reflexology / Foot Massage – 30 minutes: $55
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and hands. Reflexology is an in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet and hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression. Session ends with a foot massage and warm towel service.
- A Quick Fix – 30 minutes: $55
A quick 30 min session where we discuss and focus on the areas you need and want worked on most. Incorporating relaxation, deep tissue or integrative stretching to provide a quick pick me up or moment of recalibrating.
- Reiki – 30 minutes: $40
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. Sessions last approximately 30 minutes. Sometimes the effects of a Reiki appointment are immediate. For instance, you may feel a “shift of energy” or you may experience slight physical sensations, like tingling, during the session. Other times, the outcome may be more evident in the weeks that follow, noticing subtle changes over time. Please note that clients remain fully clothed and receive treatment lying down on a treatment table with pillows for support.

For over 20+ years I have been a nurse, starting out in OB and then ending up in Hospice and Palliative Care. I went back to school to become licensed as a massage therapist in order to add the power of touch as a healing modality to my practice. I have always been passionate about helping people to feel their best no matter what their current medical, physical, or emotional situation. It is my goal to always leave you feeling better than when you walked into my massage studio, by providing relaxation, increased body awareness, and to create balance. Currently, I enjoy working with a variety of clients and patients.
