Bluffton’s best kept wellness secret.

Hi, I’m Hollie Udvornocky

Founder of the Holistic Wellness & Detox Center. I often refer to us as “Bluffton’s best kept wellness secret”! So we thought it would be a good idea to let the cat out of the bag and share what we do with the community!

Several years ago my health started to go downhill and I couldn’t find anyone that knew how to help me. I quickly learned that there was a dire need for these types of wellness services in the Bluffton/Hilton Head Island area. Coming to that realization forced me to reconnect with my body, my spirit and to the power of nature and nutrition to heal myself.

My own experience drove me to further my education and equip myself with tools that could be used to help other people like me. There were (and are still) so many people in similar situations that are sick and confused and feel like they don’t have anyone to turn to! I wanted to be able to share this knowledge and my experience with them so they didn’t have to suffer alone. I wanted to be able to give people hope and empowerment, because we do have a lot of control over the state of our health and if we want to protect our health we need to take that ownership!

Our bodies know how to heal.

It is our default program. We just need to remember how to connect and communicate with our inner wisdom & listen to the information we’re given.

The Holistic Wellness and Detox Center was meant to be.

There was a higher power involved in the development of this Wellness Center! This was a need that had to be filled! We have an amazing group of practitioners here at the Holistic Wellness Center Working together with a common goal to help people take their lives back from chronic illness, pain and emotional suffering.
