Join Beth Donovan for a power hour of angelic reiki and sound therapy. This class combines the benefits of energy healing and sound therapy.
Beth will start with 30 minutes of Angelic Reiki healing and finish with a 30-minute sound bath. This is a beautiful and energizing meditation practice that is easy to participate in.
Raising your vibration to clear out any slow, stagnant, or dense energy from your subtle body. Calling in the vibrations of love, peace, healing, grace, and beauty.
Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, etc, to lie comfortably on the floor for this class.
