Meredith Narissi, M.S., BCPP of Meredith’s Healing Arts…Enlightened Wellness, is a Board-Certified Polarity Therapist, Holistic Healer, Meditation/Yoga/Dance Teacher, and Author of 7 Veils: Mystical Secrets of a Feminine Path to Enlightenment.
She welcomes clients to her Healing Therapy practice of over 25 years. Polarity Therapy views health as the harmony of life within us, including peace of mind, happiness and well-being, It is not merely physical but also allows for the soul’s free expression through mind and body integration. The sessions include talk therapy and hands-on energy healing based on Yoga Ayurvedic concepts, Chinese Meridians, Craniosacral work, Reflexology and more. It is experiential, so the best way to learn about it is to recieve a session.
Meredith has presented workshops nationally and internationally which she enjoys sharing with the Holistic Wellness and Detox Center. She loves to “dance” in the spiritual realm! Come and join her.
