Join Tom Stevens (you may know him as the guy who sharpens your knives at the Bluffton and Port Royal Farmers Markets, but we’ve learned he’s much more than that) for a hands-on culinary adventure where you’ll learn the art of fermenting and create your very own sauerkraut. Tom will share his expert tips and tricks to ensure you leave with a jar of delicious, tangy kraut to enjoy at home!
Class size is limited to 12, so jump in before it fills up! Your investment in your gut health will be $35 per “person” – if you are a couple, you will only pay the $35, but will also only have ONE jar of kraut to take home. If you would both like to have a jar going home, you will need to register and pay for both of you. All jars, ingredients, and equipment will be furnished for you. Let’s have some fun with food…
