Mindful Movement provides practitioners the ability to move their bodies in a slow and purposeful manner while focusing on breathing, body awareness, and staying in the present moment. We will do gentle stretches, gentle yoga, Qi Gong and strength and flexibility practices. No previous experience is necessary and seated options will be available.
Mindful movement is an excellent self-care practice that can have many benefits including improving physical health, mental health, and reducing the risk of chronic pain and injury by paying attention to the body’s natural cues while moving.
Classes will be held on the following Wednesday mornings – October 9, October 16, October 23, and October 30 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM.
Sessions are $15 each or $55 for all 4 sessions.
