Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

This class is a 60 minute sacred space practice for women of all levels. Restorative Yoga is a great way to help you de-stress, calm and soothe your nervous system and find a deep sense of relaxation while allowing your muscles to release tension. Restorative Yoga offers healing physically and emotionally. This practice is a gift to ourselves. We will explore gentle, floor based postures supported by Yoga props (bolsters, blankets, blocks & sand bags provided)with mindful attention to body & breath. This practice ends with the guided meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, sending you into complete relaxation & rejuvenation.
