Join Beth Donovan for a guided sound healing journey designed to nurture the body, calm the mind, and support the soul.

Beth is a certified Angelic Reiki Master Teacher, Shamanic Healing Practitioner, and SoulMonic™ Sound Healing graduate. Through her extensive training and over 8 years of experience, Beth creates a space that is gentle, peaceful, and easy to relax into while experiencing the healing vibrations of sound.

During this immersive sound healing experience, Beth uses instruments such as the gong, Tibetan bowls, quartz crystal bowls, and chimes. These instruments produce healing frequencies that help the nervous system relax, allowing the body and intuitive systems to shift into a restorative and healing state.

For your comfort, each guest will be provided with a 3-inch thick memory foam mat, soft blanket, and pillow so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience.
