Chair Yoga with Alicia

This class is a 60 minute sacred space practice for women of all levels. Chair Yoga is the perfect practice for those that might not be able get on the floor due to an injury or any mobility issue. Many traditional Yoga poses can be done in a chair and provide us with all the wonderful benefits of Yoga. We will enjoy movement, flow, breath work and community. This class makes Yoga accessible to everyone. It is near and dear to my heart and I would love to share it with you.
