A Sunlighten Infrared Sauna Experience
A Sunlighten infrared sauna session offers a soothing, gentle heat that is comfortable from start to finish—leaving you feeling lighter, energized, and deeply refreshed.
Unlike traditional saunas that simply heat the air, infrared light gently penetrates the body, raising your core temperature from within. This stimulates a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where many toxins are stored, supporting your body’s natural cleansing and healing processes.
The experience is similar to basking in the sun’s warmth, but without the harmful UV rays. Instead, you enjoy the therapeutic benefits of infrared light in a safe, relaxing environment—without any risk of skin damage.

What to Wear for Your Sauna Session?
- Less is More: Infrared light works best when it can easily penetrate the skin, so wearing as little as possible is ideal. A swimsuit, sports bra/shorts, or just a towel wrap are all great options.
- Natural Fabrics: If you prefer clothing, choose lightweight cotton or other breathable fabrics. Avoid heavy, tight, or synthetic materials that can trap heat and block sweating.
- Towels are Provided: Many clients simply use a towel to sit on and another to wrap around themselves for comfort and modesty.
- Remove Jewelry: Take off watches, jewelry, glasses and metal accessories before entering, as they can heat up and become uncomfortable or crack.
- Barefoot: Shoes should be left outside. You can go barefoot or wear clean cotton socks if you prefer.
