What opens up when we begin to see healing through a wider lens?

Join Hollie Udvornocky and Meredith Zelman Narissi for an inspiring and interactive exploration of the many pathways through which can unfold through the healing process, sometimes in ways we never expected.

Together, we’ll take a deeper dive into our own experiences of healing—the stories we carry, what we’ve learned through the challenges we’ve faced, and how those experiences have changed us moving forward.

Can pain become a pathway to greater awareness? Can the things we would never have chosen for ourselves ultimately lead us toward deeper understanding, growth, connection, or even transformation?

We’ll explore our relationship with healing itself—what we learn about ourselves through these transformational experiences.

Inspired by Meredith’s recent healing journey and the beautiful insights that have emerged through it, this workshop explores healing through the lens of mind, body, emotions, energy and spirit—while honoring the wisdom found within our own lived experiences.

Rather than simply talking about healing, we’ll experience, explore, share and play together.
